Leveraging her Master of Public Administration in organizational leadership with experience as an entrepreneur and Chief Innovation Officer, Britta helps organizations make important shifts happen. Using human-centered design principles (design thinking), Britta strategically engages teams and guides them to better solutions.
The Story Behind Four Hawks’ Name
The McKenna’s home in the western suburbs of Chicago hosted a nesting pair of Coopers hawks that soared, hunted, and lived in their yard, returning annually to nest. The hawk pair produced two offspring, mirroring the McKenna’s family of four. Naturally, “Four Hawks” was the name fondly bestowed on their property. And when the time was right, the LLC took flight.
